PNEUMATIC PRESS
Pneumatic presses are devices used to meet various applications like rivetting. coining. pressing. bending. capping and assembly operations.
The presses are manufactured in 1/2. 3/4. 1. 1 1/2 and 2 tons capacity to suit individual customer requirements. The presses operate at 4-5 bar air pressure with necessary controls from a control panel and 2-hand push button or foot lever.
The size of the base. shut height. day light are made to suit individual applications as per customer's requirement.
The two main types of presses are column and pillar type.
STACKERS
1. PNEUMATIC STACKER
The pneumatic stacker can lift items like cartons, containers, tote bins from the floor level to a height of 1200mm (max). The unit can lift weights up to 100 kg maximum and is constructed out of fabricated channels. guide rollers on a rigid base. The stacker is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder. control valves and FRL unit.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
- Lifting and tipping arrangement.
- Operated by two hand push buttons. hand lever or foot pedal.
- Can be stopped at different heights momentarily by means of pressure held neutral valves.
2. MOTORISED STACKER
Motorised Stacker is similar to the pneumatic stacker in all respects except that the arrangement is by a screw rod and gear motor for lifting and lowering. The unit is used for transferring weighing material up to 200 kgs from the floor level to a height of 1200mm. Two safety limits are provided for maximum and minimum limit switches and proximity switches are provided to facilitate the stopping of the stacker at different heights.
